CLASS THREE: Prospecting: Lead Generation

In our Prospecting: Lead Generation sales course, you will learn everything you have to do to implement a Smart Prospecting Lead Generation Model. This includes identifying the right decision makers and aligning the right message, as well as surveying for interest or need through various channels (face-to-face meetings, E-mails, calendar invitations, direct mail, texting, social media and phone calls). Attendees will create actionable daily prospecting plans to effectively convert leads to next-step meetings or appointments. This is a progressive program and should be attended by prospectors interested in implementing a world-class prospecting system.


Sales Assessment

Each participant will be given an online sales skills evaluation to be used as a baseline. This evaluation will identify strengths and key areas for development in the class. Upon enrollment, each participant will be emailed the link and instructions for completion of the evaluation. Evaluation results along with recommended changes will be provided in the class.

Attire is casual.

The class agenda is-

  • 7:45am – 8:15am – Sign In/Networking
  • 8:15am – Introductions and Opening Comments
  • Discussion – Lead Generation Model Overview
  • Practice – Each Participant Develops Parameters and their Plan for Evolving their Prospecting Database
  • Discussion – Daily Networking at Select Industry Groups Aligned to Your Prospecting Database (Physical and Virtual)
  • Lunch – Facilitating Monthly Industry Teaching Events and Best Practices (Roundtables, Webinars, Seminars, Trade Shows and Social Events)
  • Teach Back – Your Plan for Your First 3 Teaching Events
  • Discussion/Teach Back – Providing Bi-Weekly Communications on Company and Product Updates.
  • Practice – Engaging in Daily Social Media Posting/Blogging
  • Practice – Daily Emails/Calls to Interested Prospects

Class activity will run for 50 minutes of every hour, on the hour.

Payment is due upon registration. By entering your billing information, you agree to the fee of $995 for the class, plus $395 for the evaluation for a total cost of $1390.

No refunds are provided. If a participant cannot make a class, we will reschedule to the next available class. No-cost-class-repeats are available up to six months from class completion.
